Terms and Conditions for Cookies N Clean Pet Services
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of mobile pet grooming, dog wash, traditional pet grooming, and retail services ("Services") offered by Cookies N Clean ("Company") to you ("Client"). By scheduling an appointment and using the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
The Company provides a range of pet care services, including mobile pet grooming, dog wash, traditional pet grooming, and retail services. The Company reserves the right to refuse any service if it believes that the pet's health or safety may be compromised.
Adjusted Service
Cookies N Clean does offer clients an opportunity to return within 48hrs to receive adjustment on haircut styling. Past 48hrs the pet requires cleaning and is no longer a simple service, which requires the purchase of services.
Appointments and Scheduling
Clients must schedule appointments in advance for grooming services. Appointment times are subject to availability and may be changed or canceled by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Company will notify the Client as soon as possible and reschedule the appointment.
Grooming services that do not require scheduling an appointment are as follows, nail-trim, anal-gland expression, teeth brushing/basic cleaning, ear cleaning, and dog wash.
Deposits
Deposits may be required at the sole discretion by Cookies N Clean at any time. Common reasons for deposits include but are not limited to continual rescheduling of appointments within less than 24hrs, cancelling of appointments, or scheduling many hours of service work in a single instance.
Dog Wash Services - Addendum
Clients using the Company's dog wash services are responsible for ensuring their pet's safety and comfort during the wash. The Company will not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained by the Client or their pet as a result of using the dog wash services.
Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for notifying the Company of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues affecting their pet. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any pet posing a safety risk to its employees or other pets.
Mat Removal
Clients are 100% responsible for the health and wellbeing of their pet, which includes but is not limited to mat management.
Cookies N Clean shall not be held liable for any skin conditions during or after the mat removal. Please view Mat Removal for complete mat review.
Retail Services and Returns
The Company offers a variety of pet-related retail products for purchase. Clients may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, provided they have the original receipt. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns on opened or used products.
Liability Disclaimer
The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained by the Client or their pet arising from the Client's failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from the Client's breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the Services. The Company accepts Cash, Card, Apple Pay. Mobile does not accept cash payment, cash tips are authorized. Prices are subject to change, and the Company will notify the Client of any price changes in advance.
Price Adjustments
The pricing structure is subject to potential adjustments in response to various economic factors, encompassing but not limited to annual inflation, competitive dynamics, and market fluctuations. Prior to the initiation of services, estimated prices are provided to the client. It is incumbent upon us to duly apprise the client of the associated service costs. A verbal agreement preceding the commencement of services shall be construed as an agreement to both receive the stipulated services and remunerate accordingly.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates its business.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by the Company at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and are required to review and accept the updated Terms and Conditions before using the Services.
By scheduling an appointment and using the Services provided by Cookies N Clean, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
