Cancellation & No Show

Our Scheduling Policy varies based on a Shop or Mobile scheduling. Be sure to reference which service scheduling is applicable to your experience.

Fees vary based on the difficulty to replace an appointment.

We know that sometimes our customers might face unexpected situations that may require them to reschedule or cancel their appointments. We understand that these circumstances can be difficult and we want to be as compassionate and supportive as possible. It is the customer's responsibility if they're unable to meet their appointment obligations due to unforeseen circumstances.

At the same time, we also want to ensure that we're able to provide the best possible experience for our customers. In order to do that, our groomers need to be available to provide their services. If they're not able to maintain a consistent income, we won't be able to continue offering grooming services. We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a sustainable business model.

What happens when a customer cancels? When a customer cancels they impede a groomer's ability to earn income. Groomers' income is based solely on the performance of their schedules. If they lose an appointment it is very impactful to their income.

Booking an appointment is acknowledgement and agreement with this policy.

Shop

Cancellation within 48hrs or less equates to $45.00 fee.

No Show results in $45.00 fee.

Late, more than 15 minutes past appointment time is a violation of this policy. It is the groomer's discretion to take the appointment late and is based on schedule availability.

Mobile

Cancellation and No Show equates to full purchase price of the groom for first time clients.

Recurring client, cancellation within or less than a 1 week (7 days) notice equates to full purchase price of the groom.

Late or unavailable to begin service, more than 15 minutes past appointment time is a violation of this policy. It is the groomer's discretion to take the appointment late and is based on schedule availability.

Repeat Offender

Clients who've previously No Showed are required to pay a deposit prior to scheduling an appointment. This payment may be over the phone or in-person. No exceptions.

Conclusion

Rebooking is not a problem. We send out multiple notifications in multiple forms to increase scheduling success for our clients. All our clients rebook. This helps ensure their pet stays within the most affordable maintenance, health, and looking great with an established routine. Our notifications are sent out early and in advance to allow our customers to review their upcoming schedules and are encourage to adjust their appointments to meet their needs.
