Terms and Conditions for Mobile Pet Grooming Services
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of mobile pet grooming services ("Services") offered by Cookies N Clean ("Groomer") to you ("Client"). By scheduling an appointment and using the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
The Groomer will provide pet grooming services as requested by the Client, which may include bathing, brushing, hair trimming, nail clipping, and other related services. The Groomer reserves the right to refuse any service if it believes that the pet's health or safety may be compromised.
Appointments and Scheduling
Clients must schedule appointments in advance. Appointment times are subject to availability and may be changed or canceled by the Groomer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or vehicle issues. In such cases, the Groomer will notify the Client as soon as possible and reschedule the appointment.
Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
a) First-time clients who cancel or do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full price of the grooming service.
b) For recurring clients, canceling an appointment with less than one week (7 days) notice will result in a charge equal to the full price of the grooming service.
c) If a client is late or unavailable for their appointment by more than 15 minutes, it will be considered a violation of this policy. The Groomer has the discretion to accept or decline the appointment based on their schedule availability.
Pet Entry Policy
Pets must enter the Groomer's mobile grooming vehicle under their own power or with the assistance of the Groomer. Clients are not authorized to assist or enter the vehicle under any circumstances.
Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for notifying the Groomer of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues affecting their pet. The Groomer reserves the right to refuse service to any pet posing a safety risk to its employees or other pets.
Liability Disclaimer
The Groomer shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained by the Client or their pet arising from the Client's failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Groomer, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from the Client's breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the Services. The Groomer accepts Apple Pay or Card. Prices are subject to change, and the Groomer will notify the Client of any price changes in advance.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Groomer operates its business.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by the Groomer at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and are required to review and accept the updated Terms and Conditions before using the Services.
By scheduling an appointment and using the mobile pet grooming services provided by Cookies N Clean, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
